"Make it a habit to monitor your mental-emotional state through self-observation. “Am I at ease at this moment?” is a good question to ask yourself frequently. Or you can ask: “What’s going on inside me at this moment?” Be at least as interested in what goes on inside you as what happens outside. If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place. Primary reality is within, secondary reality without."

So I saw this advice.

Find three hobbies you love: one to make you money, one to keep you in shape, and one to be creative.

I kind of like it.

I just realized that these things don’t have to be one and the same.

I think somehow people don’t understand that saying something is a privilege does not mean that that thing is bad!!!!

It just means you need to acknowledge that it’s a privilege and not act like everyone should be able to do it!!!!

Because not everyone can!!!!

No matter how much you hate somebody do not forget that they’re human, because dehumanizing the enemy is what makes the world a shitty place.

A lot of us use our hate to justify hurting other people, and it’s just easy to forget that that person is a human with thoughts and emotions and feelings just like you.

It’s that kind of disregard for other humans that makes the world so messed up on a grander scale.
